- Provide a detailed written quote outlining the work to be done.
- Remove old sealer/stain with an eco-friendly stripping solution that is safe for wood, pets, plants, and grass.
- Wash the home with low-pressure power washer to prevent wood damage.
- Treat the home with a neutralizing agent to brighten and prepare for sealer/stain.
- Allow wood siding to dry to 12% moisture or less using advanced moisture meters.
- Thoroughly inspect and re-caulk windows, doors, and entry points as needed.
- Hand-apply penetrating oil-based sealer/stain to log or cedar siding for UV protection, algae resistance, and water repellency.
- Backed by a 3-year prorated limited warranty.
