Our Proven Process:
- Provide a detailed written quote outlining the work to be done.
- Apply a moss, algae, and dirt-eliminating cleaning solution to the roof.
- Use a power washer to carefully remove dead moss, algae, dirt, and debris.
- Treat the roof with a neutralizing agent to brighten and prep for sealer/stain.
- Replace up to 50 missing or broken shingles (more than 50 can be replaced for an additional cost).
- Secure loose staples and nails.
- Inspect and re-caulk flashing and skylights as needed.
- Test wood moisture with an electronic meter, ensuring 16% or less for proper sealer/stain bonding.
- Seal/stain the roof with a UV-protective preservative against algae and moss.
- Backed by a 3-year prorated limited warranty.
