• Additional charges apply for April and May snow clearing.
• Prepaid service covers unlimited snow blowing from November 1st to March 31st, addressing each snow event of 1 inch or more.
• We provide 24/7 service, initiating snow clearing as soon as a 1-inch or more snowfall concludes.
• Metal blades may leave scrape marks and rust stains, a natural part of the snow blowing process.
• Snow clearing commences promptly after a snow event concludes, ensuring driveways are cleared by 8:00 AM.
• Heavy snow storms may extend the time needed to complete our work.
• If the city plows your driveway after our service, we will return at no extra cost upon your request.
• Snow blowing/plowing, shoveling, and salting does not guarantee a slip-free surface.
• Snow blowing does not guarantee a slip-free surface; salting incurs an additional charge. RTD Services assumes zero liability for slips, falls, or snow/ice-related injuries; homeowners accept all associated risks.
