- Remove old sealer/stain with eco-friendly stripping solution, safe for pets, plants, and grass.
- Wash wood gently with low-pressure power washer to prevent damage.
- Treat wood with neutralizing agent to brighten and prep for sealer/stain.
- Allow wood to dry to 12% moisture or less using advanced moisture meters.
- Hand-apply penetrating oil-based semi-transparent sealer/stain for UV protection, algae resistance, and water repellency.
- Warranty: 18 months for walking surfaces, 3 years for vertical surfaces.
